Meet Our CEO
Mrs. Teresa Woods is a dedicated individual, fulfilling roles as a wife, mother, and public servant. Throughout her professional journey, she has focused on her deep-rooted passion for supporting young people and advocating for their needs. As the creator and leader of PAAP, INC, Mentorship and Etiquette Program, she has established an organization that aims to empower underprivileged, justice-involved, and Black and Brown youth. Through this program, Mrs. Woods strives to guide these individuals towards purposeful lives, encouraging personal growth, academic achievement, leadership abilities, and readiness for future careers.
Teresa, a Chicago native, is a change-maker with an entrepreneurial spirit and a solid dedication to empowering young people. She obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Nonprofit Management and MBA with a specialization in Entrepreneurship Training from Southern New Hampshire University.
She is married to Markus Woods, the love of her life and proud parent of two adult children and a daughter-in-law. Teresa lives by the model, "Make it a habit to always be in the company of individuals whom you aspire to emulate. Strive to cultivate valuable qualities rather than solely focusing on achieving success.
